Where does your traffic come from?

- We are affiliated with some of the largest advertising networks on the Internet. With our partners, we have formed an extensive advertising exchange. By placing your site into this exchange, your campaign will be exposed to an unlimited amount of people.

We use a variety of ways to deliver traffic to your site (pop-unders, pop-ups, traffic exchanges, etc.).

Note - Sometimes your site will be open as a "frame" in other web page so you can't see it in your stats.

How is my site displayed?

- Advertised URLs are displayed in full page views. Visitors will see your entire advertised website.

Why are your prices so low compared to other traffic services?

- This is due to the high volume of business that we conduct with our advertising networks. We are able to reduce our costs and pass on the savings to you.

What type of sites do you accept?

- We accept sites that are viewable by the general public or Rated G.

The following rules also apply to all sites, the advertised site:

Must Not contain Adult content or Adult links/banners
Must Not contain any other popup windows
Must Not have background music or sounds
Must Not have scripts that alter users browser settings
Must Not have any frame breaking scripts

How long will it take to process my order?

- Orders are processed within 48 hours after email (User's PayPal-registered Email Address) confirmation received. In fact, most of the orders we receive are processed within 24 hours.

How do I receive my account information to check the status of my campaign?

- For PayPal Payments: Your account information will be sent to your PayPal email address.
For purchases made through our authorized retailer. You can follow your Campaign Status from the Status Page

Do you generate hits using SPAM or other unscrupulous techniques?

- ABSOLUTELY NOT. The traffic we deliver is legitimate. We never send out mass emails or post to newsgroups. We do not use fake or unethical techniques to deliver traffic to our clients' websites.

How long will it take to deliver my traffic?

- We strive to deliver your traffic within 60 days. Larger traffic campaigns will take longer. We do guarantee that all purchased traffic will be delivered.

Do you guarantee sales, sign-ups or people using my website?

- We do guarantee the traffic will be delivered to your site. However, we do not guarantee sales, sign-ups or use of your site from the traffic we deliver, simply because we do not have control of the visitors' actions. In other words, what the visitors choose to do with your site is completey up to them and out of our control.

How does your refund policy work?

- We do our best to provide the best possible service. However, in the event that you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund (only for our side problematic system reason). Refunds are based on pro-rata basis. This means that your refund will be based on the amount of unused traffic minus 5$ processing fee. You will be entitled to a refund as long as your site has not violated any of our Terms and Conditions.
