How banner impressions are counted?
- Banner impressions are counted every time your banner appears on

It does not matter if the visitor visited your site or not.
What type of sites do you accept?

Using Google Analytics: Why does every bounce show 0.00 seconds time on site?
- To a web analytics system, if you only view one page, you spend no time doing it. Whether you spent 20 seconds or 20 minutes, the time recorded is zero. This makes it impossible to analyze the behavior of bounced visitors.
For example, if you came to the Home page of a website at 10:00 am, and then you clicked on an internal link at 10:05 am, Google Analytics does the math and knows you were on the homepage for 5 minutes.
On the other hand, if you came to Home page at 10:00 am, stayed there for 5 minutes and then left the website without clicking on another page, Google Analytics cannot determine how long you were there.
Here's the way Google explains it (Excerpt from the Google Analytics Blog):
"The way that Google Analytics calculates average time on site is by subtracting the timestamps between the first and the last pageview of a visit. If a visitor to your site bounced, they by definition only had one pageview. Therefore it is impossible to calculate an average time on site for visitors that bounced because they did not have a second pageview. There is no way for Google Analytics to know exactly when a visitor left the site since no information is sent back to GA when the visitor closes their browser or navigates to a different site.
In the case a of a bounce, GA assigns a time on site of 0 seconds and then averages that in with the time on site for all other visitors that did not bounce to calculate an average time on the site."

How long will it take to process my order?

In fact, most of the orders we receive are processed within 24 hours.
Email campaigns:
- Your Email Campaign will be Active immediately after your payment.
If the campaign still not active after payment, please contact us with the campaign id.
How do I receive my account information to check the status of my campaign?

Do you generate hits using SPAM or other unscrupulous techniques?
- ABSOLUTELY NOT. The traffic we deliver is
legitimate. We never send out mass emails or
post to newsgroups. We do not use fake or
unethical techniques to deliver traffic to
our clients' websites.
How long will it take to deliver my traffic?
- We strive to deliver your traffic within
60 days. Larger traffic campaigns will take
longer. We do guarantee that all purchased
traffic will be delivered.
Do you guarantee sales, sign-ups or people using my website?
- We do guarantee the traffic will be
delivered to your site. However, we do not
guarantee sales, sign-ups or use of your
site from the traffic we deliver, simply
because we do not have control of the
visitors' actions. In other words, what the
visitors choose to do with your site is
completey up to them and out of our control.
How does your refund policy work?
- We do our best to provide the best
possible service. However, in the event that
you are not satisfied with our service, you
may request a refund (only for our side problematic system reason). Refunds are based on
pro-rata basis. This means that your refund
will be based on the amount of unused
traffic minus 5$ processing fee. You will be entitled to a refund as
long as your site has not violated any of
our Terms and Conditions.
